- I’ve always had a passion for Real Estate, having owned 9 properties in 3 states. I’ve purchased, sold and rented these properties with conventional and non-conventional financing. My 25 years in Marketing and Sales give me the skills and experience to market and sell your home. My partner, Mary Jane Humphreys has been a Real Estate Agent for 25 years. With my marketing strength and her real estate sales strength, we make a dynamic team. I also have a gift of finding deals. I can walk into any store, and instinctively walk directly to the best bargain in it – really! I have taken this gift to the Real Estate market, our buyers usually only have to look at one home before they make the decision to buy because I’ve done the research, used my gift and found their best home choice. I live in Dana Point and have two amazing grown children. My daughter is engaged! Love to sing, love live music especially blues and jazz.
